Coming to Gabon

✦ Packing your bag

What to
bring.

Clothing, gifts, cash, mindset. And what you really should not forget.

This list comes directly from the Ebando 2026 document. It is short by choice: everything essential is here, nothing superfluous. Read it through to the end — the legal rules at the foot of the page protect the traditions and the people who carry them.

The bag, section by section

Eight lists, and nothing more.

Local crafts

  • Handmade clothing

Beyond the objects

What you bring also says who you are.

A cheese for Tatayo, tents or mosquito nets for the team: these gestures are not logistics. They speak of attention, of respect, of the wish to take part. At Ebando, you are not a client, you are a guest who arrives.

The rest — light clothing, sunscreen, repellent — is a matter of common sense. What truly matters comes down to one single thing, and it is right after this.

The rest is friendship.
This is law.
