✦ Contribution & terms of welcome

The fair price
of a transmission.

Ebando is a non-profit association. Your contribution directly funds the welcome, the rites and the local projects. Public rates, clear terms, no online payment.

Ebando is a non-profit association. Your contribution directly funds the welcome, the rites, the local team and the preservation of the Fang and Akèlè Simba traditions. Here is what is included.

I · What is included

What the contribution covers.

  • Airport ↔ Ebando transfer

Pick-up on your arrival in Libreville (Léon-Mba) and return. A 15-minute drive.

  • Accommodation

A private room or a comfortable tent on the upper terrace, within earshot of the waves. The beach is 50 metres away.

  • Meals

Three meals a day, home-cooked, fresh, local and wholesome, for the whole length of your stay.

  • Initiation rites

Ebando practices an eclectic ritual consecrated by the Arrival of Mamisoba at the sea, called Mboma na Ditsuala, choosing the best of both Fang Dissumba and Akèlè Simba Misoko-Ngondé transmissions.

  • Guidance

The Ebando team — Tatayo, Pemba, Bokaye, Maviango, Mambweté, Tata — by your side. On the women's side: Maïngo, Ngando, Reliba, Motema.

  • Plant baths

Several ritual purification baths with plants chosen by the team.

  • Main ceremony + closing ceremony

The two major liturgical moments of the initiation, guided by the transmitters.

  • Blessings

Grounding and closing rites, personal transmissions at the end of the stay.

Add-on · optional

One more ritual, if you wish.

“Cutting the cord” ritual

An optional ritual for those who want to break with habits tied to substances or medication — to cut the link with old patterns and start clean.

II · The contribution

A contribution, not a price.

Terms shared through a direct conversation

The contribution terms are shared by the association during your first exchange.

The simplest way is to message us on WhatsApp (we reply in French or English). You can also reach us by email.

III · Where the money goes

Your contribution keeps Ebando alive, day to day.

Beyond the welcome and the transmission, your contribution first keeps the association running day to day: the local team, the place, its upkeep. In the past, Ebando also carried schooling grants for young people in Gabon and craft projects such as the forge in Moussossi.

IV · Terms

Why bank transfer, not card payment.

Ebando does not offer card payment. The bank transfer is Ebando's long-standing method, consistent with its status as an NGO. It is also a formal act of commitment: you take the time to fill in the transfer, just as you take the time to prepare your journey.

The bank details are sent to you during your administrative process. The balance is settled in cash (euros) on arrival.

✦ Direct exchange

To receive the full terms.

The bank details, the precise terms and the confirmation of amounts are shared through direct exchange.
